Style is “Latinistic”, sounds like a Ducati and performance is similar to a Simonini... this is the dream of Alfa Romeo and Ferrari owners! Equipped with an electric starter, just to prevent the lazy ones from any chance to complain.
Black Devil, or we could say the competitor of M25Y Simonini Mini 2+, 172,5 ccm against the Simo’s 200 ccm and it is the same with its 7400 RPM max. That 25 horsepower it produces is nearly the same too. A nicely set and ran up Black Devil’s thrust rivals the Simonini. Its torque curve is similar, the horsepowers take action almost from idle. Thanks to precise manufacturing and the high-quality of stock materials used it operates reliably and for a long time under high load as well. It requires minimal maintenance.
The ignition is traditional, uses fan belt transmission and drive. The exhaust system is sophisticated, spectacular, fixed very loosely onto four oversized rubber bucks, so it is practically shatterproof. The electric starter associated with the CDI ignition makes the launch comfortable. The engine runs smoothly, resonance is insignificant and the throttle can be portioned gently up and downwards, on idle speed it’s somewhat louder than the single Solo, but produces lighter music on a bit higher RPM.
The engines well componed exterior is one of its advantages. Units with beautiful workmanship, accurate, tight joints. The whole engine suggests reliability. Its centre of gravity is suitable, sets the back comfortably.
The developers’ slogan: “Small as a 50 ccm engine, lightweight as an 80 ccm one, but in strength it’s a 200 ccm”.

It’s the M25Y’s younger brother, rivals the big sibling in thrust and noise level, but it’s lighter. One is more beautiful than the other. Let us recommend it to girls warmly.
The reduced size variant. This is only 120 ccm, a real little bijou. Although it’s more compact, it was given the same engine holder rack with identical placement of the five rubber bucks for the frame. It also uses the WB37C carburettor, the exhaust system is similar too, but of course cut to size and adjusted. It has a bigger and more durable centrifugal friction clutch system than the 120 ccm engines, and an interesting point about it is that the fan belt power transmission is retained besides it.
There is not PI or digital ignition. Sensational achievement, that the disadvantages of centrifugal clutch were eliminated, the thrust of the engine is available from idle speeds, not from 7-8000 RPM as in the case of similar calibre engines. It does not take too much persuading when increasing throttle, revs up spontaneously with an immediate effect and pushes brutally. On high RPM-s it has an interesting electric motor sound that was not experienced at all in the case of 100-120 engines. Integrated into a Parapower Redback frame, with a 10.5 liter lower fuel tank and low connection harness, dry mass 22 kg, that is not more than Vittorazzi’s weight.
It may worthily raise the interest of pilots who prefer something wilder than Solo, while it is still reliable and enduring.
